Bidding opens Wednesday, October 7 at 6 AM and runs through Sunday, October 11. Items start closing at 6 PM that Sunday, one after another, and each item shows its own countdown. All times are Eastern.

How does bidding work?
Every item starts at a low opening bid. Place your bid, and if someone outbids you, we’ll notify you so you can bid again. The highest bid when the clock runs out wins.
How do I keep from losing at the last second?
Set a maximum bid. Enter the most you’d pay, and the site automatically bids for you, just enough to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum. To beat you, someone has to bid more than your maximum.
Items close right on time, with no extra minutes, so set your maximum early.
How much can I save?
Up to 70% off retail value. Last spring, a $150 cleaning gift certificate sold for $55 and a $250 salon gift card sold for $115. Final prices depend on the item and how many people bid.
Is there a buyer’s premium?
Yes. A 3% buyer’s premium is added to your winning bid. Your total is shown before you pay.
